The U.S. Small Business Administration, Louisiana Department of Economic Development and Louisiana Small Business Development Centers opened a Business Recovery Center in Denham Springs at the Arts Council of Livingston Parish, 133 N. Hummell St. The center provides services to businesses of all sizes, private nonprofits, homeowners and renters impacted by the flood that began Aug. 11.
Three other open Friday in the East Iberville Gym, 3285 Highway 75, St. Gabriel; American Legion Hall, 26200 Highway 43, Springfield; and the Old Health Unit, 401 S. St. Charles St., Abbeville.
Six others are at Bancorp South Bank at 13423 Highway 73 in Prairieville; Baker Workforce Development Center at 3262 Baker Blvd. in Baker; Louisiana State Archives at 3851 Essen Lane in Baton Rouge; Louisiana Immersive Technologies Enterprise at 537 Cajundome Blvd., Room 239, in Lafayette; Southeastern Louisiana University's Clausen Family Building Literacy and Technology Center, Room 119, 9261 Florida Blvd. in Walker; and Amite Chamber of Commerce at 101 SE Central Ave. in Amite.
