Entergy Louisiana LLC has named Jeff Holeman manager of new business development.

Holeman served on the company’s industrial account executive team and managed services for many of the company’s largest industrial customers.

Kimberly M. Dudley joined Our Lady of the Lake College as director of admissions.

Dudley previously has served as director of admissions and financial aid at River Parishes Community College, as associate/interim director of financial aid at LSU and had worked in OLOL College’s office of financial aid.

NFP Benefits Solution Group Inc. has named Tasia Hebert as business development manager.

She was human resources manager at Robinson Brothers Ford Lincoln.

Cheryl Stroy , of WBRZ-TV Channel 2, has been elected president of the Baton Rouge Area Association of Black Journalists.

Scott Dickie, co-owner and partner of Peak Performance Physical Therapy, now runs the Dutchtown location.

He previously ran the Denham Springs location, which he started in 2000. As a full-time practicing clinician, his primary interest is manual therapy of the spine and extremities.


Charles Fenstermaker has been named chief financial officer of C.H. Fenstermaker & Associates LLC.

He succeeds Dan Lavergne, who retired and held the position for 18 years.

Fenstermaker was director of administrative operations and is the grandson of company founder Charles Howard Fenstermaker Jr. and son of CEO William H. Fenstermaker.

Hospitality Management Corp. has named Peter Ambros as general manager of the Wyndham Garden Hotel Lafayette.

He previously served as general manager for the Crowne Plaza Astor in New Orleans. He also has held management positions within the industry for the Radisson, Omni, Hyatt and Doubletree hotels in Baltimore and Chicago.


Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts has named Jorge Henriquez as chief operating officer for its upscale division, Christopher Ycaza as corporate beverage manager and Carl Degersdorff as general manager at Broussard’s.

Henriquez has been with the Brennan Family at Commander’s Palace and later Dickie Brennan and Co. Ycaza was Broussard’s general manager. Degersdorff was executive chef and owner of Van Wyck Catering in Sedona, Arizona, and in the past had been director of restaurant operations at the JW Marriott Hotel in New Orleans.

Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts includes upscale restaurants Broussard’s, Kingfish, The Bombay Club and Boulevard American Bistro; casual restaurants Royal House Oyster Bar, Bayou Burger & Sports Co., LeBayou Restaurant, Pier 424 Seafood Market, Chartres House, Café Maspero, The Original Pierre Maspero’s and Creole House Restaurant & Oyster Bar; and multiple Big Easy Café and Daiquiris, as well as special event venues Bourbon Vieux and Marché.
