Students invited to join Duke talent search _lowres

Photo provided by Lindsay Cambre -- A group of Central Middle School seventh-graders recently were invited to take part in the Duke University Talent Identification Program 7th Grade Talent Search.

Forty-two seventh-grade students from Central Middle School have been invited to participate in the Duke University Talent Identification Program Seventh Grade Talent Search, a news release said.

Students who score at or above the 95th percentile on a recent grade-level test are invited to participate and take the ACT or SAT college entrance exam.

Duke TIP provides opportunities for above-level testing, feedback on abilities, educational resources and encouragement.
