Students G.J.P. and P.J., from the Debbie Jones’ fifth-grade class at Rains Intermediate in Emory, Texas, are asking for help.
The students recently studied about Christopher Columbus and the discovery of America, so they are trying to “discover” America themselves.
They are asking residents in the Baton Rouge area to send postcards or letters telling them about the area.
