Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond has announced its homecoming queen and beau courts.

Queen court members are seniors Jamie Lynn Ban, of New Orleans; Allison Etzel, of League City, Texas; Si-Arah McCray, of Baton Rouge; and Jasmine Wilson, of Franklinton. Junior court members are Ashley Nelson, of Loranger; and Randi St. Pierre, of St. Amant. Sophomore Christina Ferrando, of Mandeville also is a court member.

Beau senior court members are D.J. Cannon and Tony Miller, both of Hammond; Beau Moore, of Houma; Tyrell Norman, of Kentwood; and Reid Shorter, of Covington. Sophomore court members are DeQuaz Humphries, of Norco; and Davon Mitchell, of New Orleans.

The queen and beau will be announced at halftime of the homecoming football game against Stephen F. Austin on Saturday in Strawberry Stadium. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.

Nelson, an accounting major, is a member of Phi Mu and Southeastern’s Ducks Unlimited. She is a member of New Sharon Baptist Church and works at a local law office while maintaining her studies. She has been named to the President’s List.

Cannon is a kinesiology major. He is a member of Pi Kappa Alpha and the NAACP. He is a founding father of Southeastern’s Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha and was selected as a 2014 Southeastern Orientation Leader.

Miller, an athletic training major, is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and the Southeastern Student Athletic Trainers’ Association. He was selected as a Southeastern QEP Student Ambassador and 2015 Summer Athletic Training intern for the New Orleans Saints.

Norman is a general studies and kinesiology major. He is a member of the NAACP, Southeastern Gospel Choir, Sports Management Association and Sigma Alpha Pi. He has been named to the President’s List.
