Four teenagers are under indictment on second-degree murder counts in the October shooting death of a man during an armed robbery on Rhoda Drive.

Darius Clark, 18, of Tampa, Florida, and Jerrin Spencer, 18, Kyriel Spencer, 17, and Eric Johnson, 18, all of Baton Rouge, were charged Wednesday by an East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury in the death of 33-year-old Elmer Ochoa.

Ochoa was shot Oct. 18 and died 10 days later. His pants pockets were pulled out when a bystander found him on the sidewalk in the 4300 block of Rhoda Drive about 11:25 p.m., the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office said.

Clark is the alleged shooter, authorities have said.

Kyriel Spencer and Jerrin Spencer are cousins.

The case is assigned to state District Judge Bonnie Jackson.
