On Monday, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office released an affidavit of probable cause, detailing new information on what reportedly happened in the incident that ended with deputy Shawn Anderson's killing over the weekend.

Apparently, Anderson and another deputy went to Classic Cuts hair salon, 1962 O'Neal Lane, after a 15-year-old girl accused the man named in the deputy's fatal shooting -- Brandon Wiley, 30 -- of rape, according to the report.

Deputies were told of the rape on March 13, but the victim was unable to talk to them at that time. The victim and her parents met with detectives Friday when the victim told investigators Wiley had performed tattooing on her on several occasions without the permission of her parents, the report says.

She told detectives that on March 12, she called Wiley and asked him to pick her up at the Mall of Louisiana. He picked her up and took her to his business, according to the report.

Once at the business, he tattooed her again, the victim told detectives. When he was finished, she took off her belt and went into the bathroom. When she came out, Wiley grabbed her, tied her hands behind her back and raped her, according to the report. She told detectives that she started crying and asked him to stop. He did stop and drove the victim home, according to the report.

The only reference to the shooting incident Saturday is at the end of the report when deputies noted that after they couldn't find him, they were finally given his business address and went there Saturday to interview him.

"Upon making contact with the defendant he resisted as law enforcement attempted to detain him for questioning," the report says.

It ends with saying that Wiley was "taken to a local hospital for injuries sustained due to his resisting arrest and handcuffing," according to the report.

There is no mention of the shooting of Anderson in the report.

State Police declined on Monday to release any details on the incident that led to Anderson's death, including whether Wiley was armed, did the gun discharge during the struggle and who shot Wiley.
