Jason Zeringue

A Denham Springs man is accused of repeatedly peering through the windows of a Baton Rouge apartment complex where multiple women lived, according to a Baton Rouge police report.

A resident at the Wildwood Baton Rouge apartment complex told police on Thursday that a man, later identified as 55-year-old Jason Robert Zeringue, was looking through her window, according to the report. Police contacted a man in a vehicle matching the description of the alleged peeping Tom while he was still in the parking lot.

The caller showed investigators a video and photos of Zeringue in the window, police said. She and her two female roommates said they didn't know the man and that he had peered through their window in the past as well.

The police report noted that Zeringue was arrested on a peeping Tom cound on Aug. 2, 2017, in Livingston Parish. The outcome of that case was not immediately known Friday night.

Zeringue, of 7503 Linda Lee Drive, Denham Springs, was booked in Parish Prison on six counts of peeping Tom.
