Editor's note: The state dismissed the two counts of sexual battery against Timothy Evans Hall on December 11, 2017.

East Baton Rouge sheriff’s deputies arrested a 25-year-old Baton Rouge man on accusations he raped and exposed himself to two girls, ages 5 and 6.

Timothy Evans Hall, whose address was not listed, was booked by deputies into Parish Prison on sex crime counts accusing him in the rape of the two young girls on two occasions in April, an East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office report says.

Deputies arrested Hall on Sunday night, the report says.

He denied the allegations to a detective and said he hadn’t been to the home where the crimes occurred in about six weeks, the report says.

Hall remained Monday evening in Parish Prison, where he’s being held in lieu of $200,000 bail.
