A Baton Rouge restaurant owner was arrested after one pound of heroin and $9,000 in cash were seized from his home, according to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office.

Ferry Williams Jr, 34, of the 5400 block of Stonewall Drive, was booked into parish prison Monday for possession with intent to distribute heroin.

He's accused of selling drugs out of his business, Old Hammond Cafe on Old Hammond Highway.

Detectives searched his home Monday morning and discovered the drugs and cash, EBRSO said.
