Investigators have determined a vacant house fire Monday morning in Baton Rouge was caused by arson.

Baton Rouge firefighters arrived at 425 W. Johnson St. at 5:10 a.m. and discovered the living room on fire, according to Baton Rouge Fire spokesman Curt Monte.

Firefighters had the fire under control about thirty minutes later, controlling any spreading, Monte said. No one has been arrested in the incident.

Monte asked anyone with information about the fire to call Baton Rouge fire investigators at 225-354-1419.
