Two people were injured in separate shootings two hours apart in Baton Rouge on Thursday morning, officials say.
At 7:25 a.m., Emergency Medical Services brought one person to the hospital from a shooting in the 2800 block of Lorraine Street, EMS spokesperson Brad Harris said.
At 9:30 a.m., EMS brought a person who was injured in a shooting in the 100 block of Marilyn Drive off Florida Boulevard, Harris said.
