I personally was morally outraged to read Whitney Shields' account of her on-demand abortion, and it made me thank God once again for the election of Donald Trump as president of the United States.

I'll grant you that Miss Shields was only 23 years old at the time, and obviously afraid and alone. I know of so many couples who would have loved to adopt her child, and there are many agencies in the U.S. that help young mothers emotionally and financially to complete their pregnancy.

I can certainly understand why our government would like to stay out of the business of supplying abortions to women who get pregnant out of marriage while working (or volunteering) for the government. Our government should be in the business of protecting its citizens, not destroying them.

We as taxpayers should not be supporting abortion. We, as God-fearing Americans, should always pray for an end to the killing of our unborn citizens.
