Former LSU basketball player Darcy Malone, who requested that his scholarship not be renewed this summer so he could transfer, has landed at Cal State Fullerton.

Malone, a 7-foot, 245-pound center, was a member of the LSU team for the past three seasons. Because he graduated last Friday, he'll be immediately eligible to play for the Titans in the 2016-17 season as a graduate student.

A native of Canberra, Australia, Malone played in 63 career games with eight starts. In his three years at LSU, he averaged 1.0 points and 1.2 rebounds per game.
