‘They’re our stepmothers’: LSU’s offensive line paves way for Leonard Fournette’s banner day _lowres

LSU's game against Auburn next Saturday will kick off at 5 p.m. and be televised on ESPN, the Southeastern Conference announced on Monday.

The Tigers (1-1), ranked No. 20 in the AP poll, host Mississippi State (1-1) this Saturday in a 6 p.m. kickoff set for ESPN2. LSU travels to Auburn on Sept. 24 to restart a decades-old series.

Auburn and LSU have met 50 times, with LSU winning seven of the last nine. The Louisiana Tigers lead the series 28-21-1. The last two games between the pair have resulted in blowouts each way. Auburn beat LSU 41-7 in 2014, and the Tigers returned the favor 41-24 last season.
