LSU is still waiting to find out where it plays in its bowl game, but the Tigers are actively recruiting players for next year’s team.

George Brown Jr., a 6-foot-6, 255-pound offensive tackle from Cincinnati Winton Woods, announced Saturday he has switched his commitment from Florida to LSU.

Brown, who is on an official visit to Baton Rouge this weekend, tweeted a photo of himself in a No. 52 LSU jersey, then followed up with this: “I Have Officially Committed To Louisiana State University #LSU #GEAUXTIGERS.”

George Brown Sr. told his son’s decision is final.

Brown is a four-star prospect according to and ranked No. 183 nationally. ESPN, 24/7 Sports and Scout all give Brown three stars.

Brown gives LSU 16 commitments for the Class of 2015.
