Elizabeth Pearce leads a session on the history of rum in New Orleans, joined by Bayou Rum Founder Trey Listel, Distiller Jeff Murphy, and Master Blender Reiniel Vicente. They will debut a 5 year aged rum created in tribute of the New Orleans Tricentennial.
