Raw fish hub Poke Loa announced Wednesday it will expand to a third location in the Central Business District.
The restaurant, the city's first to specialize in the trendy raw fish dish, opened its flagship location (3341 Magazine St., 504-309-9993) on Magazine Street in February. Earlier this summer, the owners announced plans to open a second location in Old Metairie in fall.
[jump] The third restaurant will open at 939 Girod St. That location is slated to open this fall, according to a release from the owners.
All three locations will feature similar menus, with an assembly line fast casual approach where diners can mix-and-match raw fish, vegetables, rice, and an array of exotic toppings.
The new location will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
