Of all the headshots of smiling students in a West Monroe middle school’s new yearbook, one photo clearly sticks out.

It shows Presley, a service dog, who has been a loyal school companion to owner and Good Hope Middle School seventh-grader Joseph “Seph” Ware, 14, who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The photo idea came from the school’s administration.

The boy’s mom, Lori Ware, told FoxNews.com that the attention the photo has attracted is stunning. “It’s hombling,” she said. “I’m glad Presley is making the world happy.”

As for her son, Ware told FoxNews he’s been enjoying signing classmates’ yearbooks on behalf of Presley by drawing a paw print.
