The boards of the Co-Op and Men’s Club at St. Catherine of Siena School in Metairie recently held a reception to welcome Kimberlie Haik Kilroy, who will take over as the school’s principal on July 1.
Kilroy is a Louisiana native who most recently was principal of Immaculate Conception and Our Lady of Perpetual Help schools in Everett, Washington, where she lived for seven years. She will succeed Frances Dee Tarantino, who will be retiring after the 2015-16 school year.
Among those at the reception were the Rev. Ronald Calkins, pastor of St. Catherine of Siena Parish, and the Rev. Tim Hedrick, parochial vicar.
