Tulane and Loyola universities received multiple reports Thursday of a driver pulling up to women and asking for directions while masturbating.
According to a Tulane Police alert, there were three incidents reported in which a victim was walking when a driver pulled up in a vehicle and asked for directions or a question while masturbating.
Here's a rundown of the incidents' locations and times:
-- 8:15 p.m. on Freret Street near Calhoun Street
-- 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of Calhou and Freret
-- 4:30 p.m. near South Claiborne Avenue and South Carrollton Avenue
According to Tulane police, the offender's description from all three incidents in the same: a bald, white man in his 40s wearing a purple LSU polo-style shirt. The vehicle is described as a silver or gray SUV with a decal sticker depicting a family on the back window.
