Is the Mercedes-Benz Superdome a great place to watch an NFL game? Or is it actually a lackluster experience hiding behind the area around it?

It's the latter, according to a recent Fox Sports report that ranked all 32 NFL Stadiums.

"The last of the true domes — buildings in which you attempt to convince yourself that a noisy home-field advantage outweighs the fact that it feels like you're playing a game in the basement," reads the writeup, pulling no punches.

"The Superdome gets a better rep than usual because New Orleans is such a great city to hold big games and events. Really, though, the Superdome is the worst part of said big games and events," the description continued.

The New Orleans Saints home field checked in at No. 21 on the list, just behind the Cincinnati Bengals' Paul Brown stadium. The Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field checked in at No. 1, while the Washington Redskins' FedEx Field finished last at No. 32.
