There were no surprises on the list of inactive players for the New Orleans Saints as they host the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday afternoon.

The Saints on Friday had already ruled out tight end Ben Watson and safety Kenny Vaccaro with concussions; on Sunday, they scratched No. 3 quarterback Ryan Griffin, running back Khiry Robinson, cornerback Rod Sweeting, tackle Terron Armstead and defensive end Tyrunn Walker.

Of the players the Saints ruled out Sunday, only Walker has been dealing with an injury, one to his knee. He’s been inactive six games, including the past five, though he was a full participant in the practices leading up to Sunday’s contest.

Safeties Roman Harper and Malcolm Jenkins are both back from injuries and available to play.

For San Francisco, the inactives are QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson, WR Quinton Patton, LB Nick Moody, G Joe Looney, TE Garrett Celek, DT Ray McDonald and DT Tank Carradine. McDonald and Patton were ruled out Friday with ankle and foot injuries, respectively.

Celek was doubtful with a hamstring injury.

Star 49ers TE Vernon Davis is available to play despite being questionable with a concussion. So is WR Mario Manningham (knee) and S Eric Reid (concussion), the former LSU standout.

WR Michael Crabtree remains on the physically unable to perform list with an Achilles injury.
